Some people do not reject love because they disbelieve in it, but because they have been hurt too deeply to trust it again.

This work wants to tell you that true love does not come near only when you are perfect. It comes toward you first—even while you are still learning how to love yourself.

You are not forgotten. You are being sought by love and gently held by light.

Learning to receive love may require courage. Yet believing that you are worthy of love is one of life's most beautiful and important lessons.
