有時候，我們一直低頭趕路、低頭承擔，努力完成別人的期待，卻忘了抬頭看看——原來夜空一直都在，光也從未真正離開。

休息不是放棄，而是重新記得：你不需要獨自承擔所有事情。當一個人願意停下腳步，心才有空間重新被光觸摸。

This work is dedicated to those who have been striving for far too long.

Sometimes we keep our heads down—rushing, carrying burdens, and trying to fulfill the expectations of others—until we forget to look up. Yet the night sky has always been there, and the light has never truly left.

Rest is not giving up. It is remembering again that you were never meant to carry everything alone. When we are willing to pause, the heart finally has room to be touched by light again.

May this painting comfort every weary traveller: You may slow down. You may breathe deeply. And beneath the stars, you may receive strength again.
