受委屈時，人最想做的是證明自己沒有錯。但更深的信心，是先不讓黑暗進入心裡。
不是不痛，而是明白，比起反擊，更重要的是先摸到光，守住裡面的自己。

When wounded by injustice, our first instinct is often to prove we were not wrong. But deeper faith refuses to let darkness settle inside.
It is not the absence of pain, but the wisdom to know that before striking back, one must first reach for the light and protect the self within.
